Morris has enjoyed a successful professional hockey career in the WHA and NHL playing for the Houston Aeros (WHA) and the Winnipeg Jets (WHA/NHL), Boston Bruins (NHL) and L.A. Kings (NHL). The highlights of his career included playing with the likes of Bobby Hull (The Golden Jet) and his childhood idol, Gordie Howe (Mr. Hockey). Morris credits Gordie Howe’s influence as being instrumental in the successful development of his career. He also went on to captain the Winnipeg Jets and to represent Canada internationally in both Switzerland and Italy.
